I am a cognitive behaviour therapist (CBT) and clinical hypnotherapist with several years experience in helping people manage their problems, seek solutions and achieve their goals.
Typically, I tend to specialise in work-related stress management and anxiety disorders (including fears, worries, generalised anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias, psychosexual dysfunction and confidence issues). But, I also have a lot of experience in anger management, jealousy, insomnia, stopping smoking, treating chronic pain and weight control.
